Waiting, sweetheart, just waiting...

I am so ready for a change, that I can almost taste it. Something's gotta give.

  1. It has been a crappy winter! I cannot wait for real spring to arrive :) Thanks for the pictures of hope!

    1. In Denmark we moan a lot about the transition, like weather is supposed to skip from winter (mild as it was here), to instant spring. But nature has a plan, and it is especially visible once you study the signs on the trees. They need time to get there, and plenty of water. Humans are so ungrateful, haha.

    2. Hi Sandra, yes we can't wait for spring. And plenty of water they have had and they're having. But people are really really in need of a bit of a rest from crappy and grey and humid (I'm not the only one). And you know I love trees.
Hope you are good, and sorry about the moaning ;) xoxo

    3. Haha, Carole I know what you mean, I am starved too! Fortunately we entered summertime, and that already means more daylight. The trees are totally ready for the fireworks. It is like a promise.... any minute now.... I hope Paris will catch up too, soon. : )

  2. Yes! We've been inundated with snow and cold since mid January, and untiI today, the temperature has been well below normal. I look out for the little tree buds on my bicycle commute; not yet!

But just yesterday I was atop a ~1200m mountain, with skis locked onto my boots having a great time! The summer will get here one of these days, but there's always something fun to do outside no matter what the season.

In New England, USA, people moan about the weather all of the time! It's soooo cold; it's soooo hot! Yikes! Just stay inside in your heated/air conditioned home. I'll be outside enjoying myself...

    1. That is the best plan: make it work for you, no matter what comes your way. Moaning about the weather is a national sport here, haha. It is almost always too something. Hot/cold/windy/rainy/grey. Mostly grey. And that is the worst part, not seeing the sun. At least we are out of the dungeon now, and I am already trying on all of my summer dresses. :D
